Rabbit Check-in:

Saturday 7:00 am - 8:00 am, all animals must be in place by 8:30 am

 

Rabbit Release:

Rabbits must remain until Sunday at 4:00 pm.

BAARG Show Rules

 

  1. This show is held in strict accordance with the latest and revised Official Show Rules of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc.

  2. ATTENTION:  All rabbits MUST be health checked before entry.  Rabbits will remain until Sunday at 4:00 pm.  Contact Show BAARG Member if other arrangements need to be made.     

  3. Any animal showing signs of disease or illness or disqualified for disease or illness must be removed from the showroom and subsequent entries scratched. WITHOUT EXCEPTION!

  4. If you would like a rabbit ARBA Registered please contact BAARG no later than October 1st, 2025.  

  5. All rabbits must be up off the floor, on tables, or scaffolding.  OFFF tables MUST have protective table covering.

  6. All Coops must have bottom trays and must be marked with the owner's name and phone number.

  7. All coops must have shavings, wood pellets, or some sort of absorbent material in the rabbit pans. We are located near the arts/crafts and classrooms, we want to be good neighbors and minimize the urine smell.  

  8. Animals are entered at the sole risk of owners. BAARG & OFFF will not be responsible for accidents, loss, damage which may occur to the exhibitors or stock.

  9. All rabbits must be permanently marked in the left ear prior to showing. 

  10. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES!

  11. Awards must be picked up the day of the show. Legs will be emailed within 30 days of the show.

  12. All animals must be housed in proper-size transport cages to ensure rabbits’ well-being.  Under age animals will not be allowed in the showroom.  Animals must meet their breed’s minimum weights to be in the showroom.

  13. Exhibitors must clean their area when leaving; otherwise a fine may be imposed.

  14. Any issue arising that cannot be resolved by reference to the above rules shall be decided by the BAARG show committee, whose decision will be final.

  15. Once entry is made the Entry Fee is Due! Even if you are unable to attend, the funds need to be paid.
